Morning Briefing – 6:30 AM

The day starts early at T-Mark Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. With coffee in hand, we review the day’s service calls across Western New York. Today’s schedule includes a furnace installation in Tonawanda and several heating repair calls in Buffalo.

First Call – 8:00 AM

Our first stop is in Kenmore, where a family woke up to no heat. A quick diagnostic reveals a failed ignitor – a common issue during our harsh winters. Within an hour, their heating system is back up and running, and we’re on to the next call.

Mid-Morning – 10:30 AM

We head to Cheektowaga for an AC installation consultation. Even though it’s winter, many homeowners wisely plan ahead for summer comfort. We discuss options, efficiency ratings, and scheduling with the homeowner.

Afternoon Projects

The big project of the day is in Tonawanda – a complete furnace replacement. Our team works efficiently to:

– Remove the old system
– Install new ductwork
– Set up the new high-efficiency furnace
– Test all safety systems
– Perform final inspections

Late Afternoon – 4:00 PM

We wrap up with a plumbing emergency in Hamburg – a leaking water heater that needs immediate attention. It’s satisfying knowing we’re helping keep our neighbors comfortable and safe.

End of Day – 6:00 PM

Back at headquarters, we complete paperwork, restock our service vehicles, and prepare for tomorrow. Every day brings new challenges, but that’s what makes this work rewarding – especially serving communities from Orchard Park to Buffalo and everywhere in between.
